Marc joined Lewis and Daggett in 2005, and has over 5 years of civil litigation experience. Marc concentrates his practice on litigating personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability claims, tractor trailer accidents and other negligence based cases. Marc works hard to make sure that his clients get the compensation they deserve for their injuries, and when necessary, tries cases to jury verdict. Marc has tried several cases to jury verdict in the state courts of North Carolina. Prior to joining Lewis & Daggett, Marc practiced law for approximately three years with his primary area of focus being civil litigation, including personal injury, insurance subrogation and collections matters. Additionally, Marc has spoken at continuing legal education seminars focused on automobile accident litigation.

Marc is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, the North Carolina Bar Association and the American Association for Justice, (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). Marc has voluntarily served on several North Carolina Bar Association committees, including the Community Service Committee and the Membership Committee.

Marc received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. While in law school, he received a Pro Bono Service Program Award for pro bono work performed for the Essex County Public Defender's Office. Additionally, he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. While in college, Marc was an athlete and four-year member of the Franklin & Marshall men's swim team. He served as a Co-Captain for the team his junior and senior years of college and for a time held the college record in the 200 yard Butterfly.
