Amazing People

     Wow! Do you ever find that some people are so amazing that they just leave you in awe? At Lewis & Daggett we seem to have a number of folks who leave us feeling this way. That is one aspect of what we do that is so much fun.

Diane, Grady, and L & D Team Members

     This past week we made a visit to some past clients out in Davie county. Normally, due to our ethical responsibility to maintain confidentiality we do not talk about clients or their affairs. However, is the case of Diane Keaton and Grady Smith they gave us specific permission to write about them here.

     Diane and Grady are sister and bother who were involved in a terrible accident that also involved their mother. Their case had very difficult legal issues and went on for a long time. During that time we grew quite close to them, and have remained so.

     The amazing thing about Diane and Grady is that through the tragedy and all of their difficulties, including their continuing limitations, they have kept smiles on their faces. I don’t believe we have ever heard them complain. They always have a kind word for us, and others.

     We hope they are reading this article. They have decided that they are going to try to learn to use a computer and have an internet connection, so perhaps they are. Since it is hard for them to get around, they hope to use the computer to explore and keep in touch with the world.

     Diane and Grady, we are proud of you! People like you encourage us, motivate us, and put smiles on our faces.
